I had purchased a Solar system from Great Pains Renewables three years ago. They are supposed to monitor my system and make sure system is producing as it should. After the purchase I can't get any service out of them. They never have given me an itemized receipt for the $********* I paid and never received my warranty information. The system way under produces the the projected output of electricity it was supposed to average. They blame it on me adding a new heat pump which is way more efficient than our old central a/c system. So that should bring down our usage that the system was based on. I tried to contact Dale to come look at it and also for technical info. Our system had stopped communicating with manufacturer and Dale is supposed to help with that. The company doesn't answer their phone or return calls from messages left. I've tried calling Dale's direct cell number and have texted him but I get no reply. Once Dale received my payment for the system and labor the service after the sale is none existing which is supposed to be included with my purchase. I have left a ****** review on his company hoping that it would trigger some help. Three years later his worker did finally call me to set up a time to come out and look at my system. We set up a time of January 14th 2022 and he would bring my paperwork. But he told me Dale wanted me to remove my ****** review. I told him I would after a see they are doing what they were supposed to do. He never showed up and didnt call. It's been almost two weeks and still havent heard anything. I really didn't want to have to file a complaint but Dale has left me no other options. $********* is a lot of money to pay out to someone for their product and service and to be left hanging and to fend for themselves. I am very frustrated with this company's service.
