They wouldn't help with getting title in Texas. Refused to fill out form and mail. Everyone at tax office and Ones waiting were blown away at this. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. Once have money they don't care to help. Also air conditioner is built in. When I asked for number so could register. They had forgot to write down before installing. Then told me to remove trim and unscrew etc. said be careful not to break. Who does business like this. Definitely won't buy anything from Nebraska. Will make sure word gets out. Besides many at the tax office heard while on speaker and started recording. Figure it's already getting out there. Outbound trailer hasting Ne. Don't recommend

We will be glad to help and told them that. When the lady from the Courthouse called the owner, she told us everything had to be original. We will be happy to sign the application to get the title, but need to have the original sent to us and we will sign it and mail it back. The lady at the courthouse was yelling at the owner of Outbound Trailer and hung up on her in the middle of the conversation. Very unprofessional and to record someone without telling them is against the law. I did find the serial number for the Air Conditioner and got it to them. I went over the whole trailer with her when she came to pick it up and she was very happy with it.Customer Response

No you weren't happy to help. Received email that said you sent all needed. When the tax lady called y'all refused to sign form and send. Over and over she told you what she needed. You kept saying not signing. So this is no way helping me out. Such headache for me and for tax people to deal with this. As for as air conditioner. Look back on your email where you tell me to take trim off careful and take screws out. Only when we said not doing and telling you to call the warranty place did you respond then with the serial number. Not professional at all. Ones I have contacted also said once y'all have money don't worry about helping.Outbound Trailer Response

yes we were happy to help you. First of all the tax lady didn't speak to me, but the owner of the company. She said she would sign the paper but the tax lady kept saying it had to be the original, all you had/ have to do is send the form to us in the mail and we will sign it and mail it back to you, that's pretty simple. We had sold many trailers in Texas and never have had to do this for any county in Texas. Also the tax lady yelling at the owner is very unprofessional! I was listening to the conversation and Sharon said multiple times all you had to do is mail us the form. Yes the serial number was wrote on a different form so I didn't see it when you first asked, I am human and we all make mistakes. As for "others" you contacted saying once we get the money we don't help is a flat out lie!Customer Response

If happy to help. Then print form and fill out and mail. It's that simple. Doesn't matter if another tax office doesn't require. My tax office does require it. Tax lady was professional and said over and over what to do with y'all saying no. Never had to do before. It's not original. All you have to do is print what my son sent you. SIGN IT. You can fill it all in if you want to. THEN MAIL IT TO ME. If really want to help then stop replying and actually send form signed. Then this be done.Review from James H

The deposit is non-refundable and states that on our website in two different locations. Your Outbound rep also told you that our deposit is non-refundable. Your purchase was on schedule and was due Sep 9th. This review was false about our company.
