I purchased a 2011 bentley mulsanne. Upon delivery I found that the rear-end of car is damaged and spady refuses to fix the car.Business response

Good Morning,
My name is ***** I work at Spady Auto Sales, our address is *** *** **** ********* ** ****** I book all car deals at this dealership and we do not have record of a ******* ******** nor have we sold a 2011 Bentley Mulsanne. I do believe there is some kind of misunderstanding in which dealership he may have purchased this vehicle at.

I purchased a vehicle which is a 2005 Chevy, Colorado for the amount of $12875 cash. With the amount of mileage set at 34,381. I asked the dealer if there has any has been any prior accidents or damages to the vehiclehe stated none was given. I was given misinformation about any accidents toward the vehicle resulted in severe damage to frame and electrical wiring. Claimed had no prior accidents or damage to the vehicle . And that the vehicle does not drive straight.The end of the carriage was covered with rubber insulation two days prior of purchase , Resulting in covering up all cracks, broken wire and frame. Six months Later I noticed undercoding was peeling and breaking off and throw all the inspection. I noticed the cracks that were very noticeable on the side of the frame cracking in half. Again, there was 2 days before the purchase that this vehicle was actually covered with rubber insulation. Prior to my purchase. I did not find that out until later.The knowledge at the time of purchase was 34381 according to the owners. Statement. 3 days after the purchase. I requested them to repair two window motors, Only reply to me that that would be an expense out of my own pocket since the car was sold as is.So no pairs repairs are covered by owner. Since then I have no more contact with the owner and our friendship is dissolved. I'm but I believe the order number is SH****** ** ********Business response

******** ******* bought a 2005 Colorado on 3-20-23 from Spady Auto Sales. He was asked if he wanted a warranty (which he declined) and if he wanted the pick up lifted on a hoist to see the underneath before purchasing the vehicle (as all customer are offered this). *** ******* came into Spady Sales within a month later asking Todd how much headlight prices range for this Colorado and he then told us how much he enjoyed the truck. He told us he enjoyed it so much that he has traveled to Colorado multiple times having no problems. This is the first time Spady Auto Sales has heard of these complaints and no one has been contracted since the last time he was in for his headlight prices. As a dealership that has been here for 27 years, we always offer customers to trade out of the vehicle if they're not happy. We are more then happy to find *** ******* a vehicle and trade in his current one. He is more then welcome to call Spady Auto Sales and talk about trading.Business response

In responding to **** complaint, Spady Auto Sales can not give a refund for a vehicle that has been owned and driven for 11 months. As a dealership we don't know where the vehicle has traveled or how many miles have been accumulated since 3-20-23 (purchased date). We are sorry you are not wanting to trade however that is the only way Spady's can help you out of this vehicle. The state of Nebraska has a AS IS policy, every customer is made aware of this when signing paperwork. In which Ben has attached the AS IS in the paperwork he has provided.Customer response

I was sent another resolution to my complaint on 1/02/2024 , when I tried to reply back, BBB already determined that this case was resolved, be for I had the chance to repy back. Letter said I had 10 working days to respond, But your office already made that determination to close case with out my last response.
