      My package (***** * ******) was stolen within 2 hours of delivery thanks to UPS delivering it incorrectly. I tried to file a claim with them but they would not open one until I reached out to the shipper first. I emailed **** as well to see what could be done. They responded to me in one business day and were very kind, and said they could ship out a replacement pair. However, the shoes I had bought were not in stock anymore in that color. When I mentioned this, the customer service rep responded in 24 hours with “Would you like me to send an alternative color? Once you confirm with me the color of your liking I will place a replacement order with no cost to your destination right away.” I asked if I could wait until the original color I ordered was back in stock, and the rep said “you'll get a notification when the product is back in stock. Once you receive the notification please reach back out to us and we will place the replacement order right away.” The color came back in stock a month later and I emailed the team, but did not hear back. The color went out of stock again, and I emailed them 6 calendar days later saying “ it looks like that color is sold out again. At this point, I feel like I’m not going to get my shoes unless I’m more flexible. I would like the replacement pair soon so I can actually use them for work, and don’t feel like I can wait another month for the Dove color to be restocked. I see that the Black and Sand color in Women’s size 9 are both in stock. I would be satisfied with the Black, and if that sells out before the order is sent, then Sand is okay too.” I followed up again six days later to no response. At this point, I do not believe the seller will respond to my queries and they plan to never make good on their original promise to me. I really want these shoes for work so I am not requesting a refund.

      Transaction date 4/7/24 for sneakers and a crossbody bag. Purchased through Instagram storefront after seeing Instagram ad. No where does it say "final sale" and on the crossbody bag page it says 30 day returns. I received a receipt stating that the accessories are "final sale" and no returns will be accepted. I provided screenshots to the company where it says I can return the item, however company will not accept return of the crossbody bag despite proof that website says item can be returned, and no mention of final sale. I would like to be reimbursed for the crossbody bag which is $28 plus $2.03 in sales tax for a total of $30.03.
