      I order mayo when I took ordr back cause it had no mayo the general manager handed me mayo packets and told me that she watched them put it on there a complete lie

      Friday night my family and I stopped in for dinner around 745 at the *****, Nebraska location. We placed a to go as we were traveling. I went in and went to the restroom. When I went to the counter no one was in sight. I stood there for several minutes and a young man carrying a box walked by in the back and saw me. He made a comment to himself about "I wonder where everyone went". A young lady came up a few minutes later to help me. I have a 4 year old son with severe food and environmental allergies. I ordered him a plain hamburger patty and applesauce as that is the only thing he can eat. Once I got my order we left. I was driving down the interstate and I opened his applesauce for him and put the spoon in it. I was met with some resistance which is not normal for the consistency of applesauce. I turned the light on in the vehicle and was horrified to find it COVERED in mold. I immediately googled the stores number so I could call them and tell them to check the applesauce to make sure they didn't hand out more moldy applesauce to someone else. I called for the better part of an hour to try to alert them. Every call went unanswered. I submitted a ticket to customer support on the website and was told "Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the mold found on your apple sauce. Unfortunately, we're unable to process a refund because this order was placed through the restaurant's payment system." I am unsure what my payment method has to do with this, but this is unacceptable.
