I gave ncr contracting a ** ******** ****** cashiers check for 17 triple pane windows. I've never received them as they wouldn't give them to me because I filed for a divorce and even after the judge ordered them to release them to me now they're trying to charge me over * ******** ******* for storage fees that aren't on the contract.

What has been left out of her complaint is this: The contract was written 3 years ago in April of 2020 with her then Husband Clint **** and her, Jesse ****. The contract was for 17 custom made windows and also for some special red colored siding. The windows were ordered and delivered to NCR along with the special order siding. In July of 2020, they were contacted for installation. We were told that they were going through a divorce and did not want them installed yet. We were asked to hold onto the windows. After hearing nothing from them I called them again to see if we could install a few weeks later. I had informed them that the windows were taking up a significant amount of storage space in our small warehouse. I offered to just bring the windows to their garage and drop them off, but was told this would be settled soon and to please hold them. It dragged on now until Feb 2023 with us hearing nothing from either Jesse or Clint. Jesse called and said the judge had awarded her the windows in the divorce. We asked for a minimal $** per month storage fees. She tried to say we withheld her windows from her which was contrary to the text messages between us and Clint whom was her husband at the time. When she was called out for this false statement she immediately flipped out and started trashing us on ****** and filed this complaint. She was told she could come get the windows and needed to pay for the storage and she just did not like that. She, as she stated was awarded the windows in the divorce. NO JUDGE has ever sent us a request nor an order to give her the windows. We will be reaching out to her to see if we can come to terms on this situation which is non of NCR Contractings fault or creation. It's a shame that this and social media platforms can be used to dishonor a family business with a stellar reputation over something that was out of our control for 3 years. We just wanted to honor our obligation to these customers as we have with thousands of others. Their personal issues got in the way, not our companies professionalism or breach. I will call her to see if we can come to a settlement of some kind. We did nothing nefarious or wrong. Thank you.

We have tried repeatedly to contact customer since receiving this complaint to no avail. The phone numbers we have on file are disconnected. The number she provides with the complaint has a generic voice mail. We have left messages and texts with our contact information and a desire to reach some kind of agreement but as of yet have received no response.

We have reached out several times to Miss ****. She has yet to follow up. I believe we will just send the to the attorney to review as we did nothing wrong. We were willing to wave the storage fees although we had no obligation too. It was her personal situation that caused NCR to have to store her windows for now going on 3 years. We were only going to charge $** per month as these windows caused us major inconvenience and took up critical space in our small warehouse for almost 3 years. Our reputation is worth more than the storage fees and therefore we were reaching out to let her know we would wave the fees if she would just come and get these windows. She has recently contacted the secretary and stated she will now give this complaint to her attorney. We will now be forced to do the same. It's all just ridiculous.
