Hello l had this company work on my gutters last year l paid them to fix gutter from over flowing for around 1000 bucks but didn’t fix my issues l just found out couple weeks ago it’s still over flowing since it’s for a rental property l tried reaching out but said they have charge my again since it’s more labor l feel like lm being scammed they should’ve fixed it right first time around, l use to have a down spout that ran to the right side but this guys deleted it and relocated it to run to the left side l might not have much knowledge in gutters but they should had both running opposite sides (l have proof of previous gutter running to the right side)

The customer was having issues with water overflowing in one area last year when he called us
We made a plan last year to eliminate a downspout and redirect the water
Last week I went out and visited with the customer and we agreed to install an additional dowspout and redirect the water from an upper gutter that is causing the overflow issue.
Customer is not available this week and we are in the process of considering filing a new insurance claim for additional work that will impact the timing of the repair
