My wife and I was both due for a phone upgrade. The wife and I had Galaxie 12's her with a cracked screen. When we arrived we quickly decided to go with the new Galaxie S22's we was told there was a black Friday special where with the phone we would get a free Galaxie tablet too if we wanted. There would be a monthly charge of 10.00 more for service and a hook up charge. We also elected to get cases and screen savers all ND did not want insurance. We had a small payoff on our old phones and we paid those off and was suppose to be credited 800.00 for our old phones. The price on the new phones was 1199.99 with accessories that we paid cash for was 539.72. With 37.45 discount on those. The total amount financed should have been 2568.00 but when we get home we see the charge of 3069.97. Then we get a bill from ******* for 396.09 and we was told it would be 195.00 a month. That's all the fianace payments and our service for the phones and tablets. Of course seeing this escalated bill from ******* we called customer service and was put thru.ough to thee investigation department. We paid a total of 745.52 to Wireless world in Denison Iowa. And none of what we paid our the credit on both our phone was showing up. That 800.00 for our old S12's and what the did show in the ******* account was a 5 dollar credit for two phones. So someone is either tipping themselves a huge ammont of money or very bad at math. I have left my number with the Denison supervisor to have the district manager call me. If this is not rectified there will be court action. The wife and myself was warned to not go to this location because of the sketchy was way they do business and giving them the benefit of doubt I'm sincerely wishing I would have taken thar friends advise. We have been a ******* customer for many years. And you can be certain we will let them know about the way wireless world conduct s their business.
