I have called the NuSpine location in *** ****** *** Orlando numerous times today, i also called and left a voice message on tuesday nov 14, 2023 @ 3:12pm est. i just cant get a hold of them. ive left voice message for a return call and have not received a call back. there is no email or link where i could go to cancel my membership. i cant drive to the location because of personal reason and i dont have anyone that can do it for me either. i just want to cancel my membership, and right now because ive been waiting on a call back from them i most likely will be charge the monthly payment tomorrow 11/18/2023Customer response

Dear BBB - This company charge a monthly fee for services and there is no contract (it is month to month). I spend much of my time out of Orlando and am unable to go in to cancel my membership so I have written the business to cancel however, they continue to bill me. I would like then to cancel my membership, refund the overcharge for the payment they took on September 27th and to acknowledge cancelation of my membership. I will submit the same request to my American Express.Business response

We received your written cancellation notice in the mail on October 5, 2023 and have successfully cancelled your membership. We appreciate you contacting us to let us know you are no longer able to use your membership benefits with us and have issued a refund for the September 27th payment.
