I prepaid for services…. Talked to **** ***** multiple times (managing member) with multiple promises and no delivery. Been doing my taxes there for years have no complaints…. Every since they have changed accountants in Omaha and went **** got involved it has been nothing but bad which is hard to believe with a company of that size him being a managing member I just want the job done and him not to lie when it effects peoples livelihoodBusiness response

*** ********* did not furnish us with all of the information necessary to complete his tax returns. We made multiple requests for the information and finally started to receive the information in mid April. We completed his returns shortly after receiving the information. Our records do not reflect that he has prepaid for any of these returns.Initial Complaint

Dating all the way back to my first email to Kent ***** 0n 3/26/2020 in regards to my Grandfathers trust estate taxes and numerous emails and phone messages left up until today 2-2-2022 wanting a simple answer of things we need to do and if they are being taken care of and not a single response going on almost 2 years. Around the first of this year i printed off all of my emails i sent to Kent and took them directly to their office and gave them to his assistant, where she told me they would look into it and get back to me...Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/02/22) */ Our office never received any information to complete the trust returns for the year he is referring too. Our understanding was the beneficiary of the trust had moved out of state to be closer to family. We were not expecting to do the returns going forward and never received any information. Consumer Response /* (2000, 10, 2022/02/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) However it really doesn't go into detail as to why I was ignored for almost 2 years.... After their HR department was alerted of this I got a one sentence response that I guess took 2 years to compile. Very unprofessional.
