I ordered a Seal, Deluxe Record Ledger, Standard Notary Bond Package with $10 K bond, Self-Inking Rectangular Commission Date Stamp, and Notary Static Window Decal. They received and processed my payment of $102.43 on 06/15/21.
I called today, September 14th because all I received was the seal and now my notary has expired.
When I called I attempted to explain to Colleen ******** why I was calling and was put on hold 5X mid sentence.
When she finally came back on the line I attempted again to tell her who I was and why I was calling. Again she talked over me, stating I would need take a form , they didn't send me, to the County Clerks Office. I stated I hadn't received that form from them and tried to explain I also didn't receive the other items I paid for. She just continued not to listen and talk over me!
I asked her to stop talking over me and listen to my question because she wasn't answering the questions I actually had and she needed to answer.
Instead of doing so she handed the phone to John ******* mid sentence.
(I had to get his name later because he wouldn't give it to me,) He was even ruder than she was as he proceeded to yell the same thing about the form I didn't receive. Again, I stated I didn't receive the form and I had further questions about other items I ordered and hadn't received.
He proceeded to yell at me ," I had received it, I probably didn't even live at my address they had on file, that I was probably a scammer, and that customers like me make their days terrible and customers like me are the problem!"
To which I replied,
". ' Customers like me?! '
You mean people who pay for a service and then expect to receive what they paid for?! I do live at this address! If I didn't live here , how would I have received the seal ?! If I had received the form and rest I would NOT be calling you! I don't appreciate the accusations, the fact I don't have my stuff , and I really don't appreciate your attitude and way you have been talking to me! I 101 of customer service is you listen to the issue, don't yell at , or talk over the customer, and YOU fix the problem! "
I asked them to resend the form they state they sent t that I haven't received and the other items I paid for.
He said, " I can talk to you any way I want to. I have what you need and you cannot get it without me! "
So I told him, " I guess I will going back to my credit card company then and tell them you're refusing to send me the products I paid for and dispute the transaction! "
I then asked him if there were other companies I could use to renew my notary ( they're the one the state of MI sent me) because I didn't want to deal with their ** anymore!
He told me, he told me he wasn't going to tell me. Then stated he would resend the document I needed to take the county clerks office
He said, " . I guess I will make
a special trip to the post office tonight just for you because you're so special! "
I asked about the other items I ordered and didn't receive to which he replied sarcastically,
" Sure how many do you want 3? 4? Let
Me give you extra even though you already got it! You probably don't even live at...( listed my address) with Covid things get lost in the mail from us you know!"
To which I replied,
" I just want the one I paid for! If they get lost on your end- what makes you think they don't get lost on this end?! That IS my address! All I received was the seal nothing else! That does me no good! Why would I lie about that! ?"
He then stated ,
" I missed 4 other calls because of you! Because of annoying, lying customers like you that no one wants."
To which I replied,
" if you would have listened to the problem, instead of talking over, yelling at , and being belligerent and rude to me- you wouldn't had to be on the phone that long! You really need some customer service training."
The conversation ended and I still don't know if I'm getting what I need for my notary despite being out $102.43 and it being 3 months later! I certainly hope the State of MI doesn't have a contract with these people. I will also be filing a complaint with them.
