I just wanted to say I am enjoying the ZAD900CE OM so far, that I ordered from you a few weeks ago or so and received. I am a beginner on the guitar and I have been taking some lessons since about February with my Mitchell I have as well. Now I am learning with the guitar I ordered from you an enjoying it and I am looking at the lessons you have as well, that was included with my guitar.

Their guitars are absolutely beautiful to look at and sound quality is fantastic. Their customer service is unmatched. They go above and beyond to make you happy. If you are looking for a great guitar look no farther. Do yourself a favor and buy one. You won’t be sorry.

When I first saw the ads for Zager guitars I thought they were way over priced but I was intrigued by the thought of “easy play” and kept going back to look. I did extensive research on the company, their guitars and went to countless other sites to see what people said about the guitars. After several months of looking and talking about it, I finally pulled the trigger and bought what I wanted at a price I was looking for and thought that worst case, I could always send it back. When it arrived I could tell the first time I held it that the quality was light years beyond the “cheap” guitar I had been playing for the last four months. I have been playing the Zager for just over a week now and my other guitar is sitting in the corner gathering dust. I love playing guitar and everything they said about “easy play” and the sound is absolutely true! On top of the quality build and impressive sound and the extra spacing helping with my often clunky chords, I have learned so much from the videos and their web site that it is hard for me to believe how ignorant I had been before I bought this guitar. I have gone from a skeptic to an ambassador for Zager and talk constantly about how much fun it is to learn and grow with a high quality instrument.

I have two Zager guitars, a Zad50ce and a Zad80ce, let me say I am in Phoenix Arizona and trying to keep these Get Gets, from drying out is a real pain. That said with a little work from 18 months ago working working it looking at Zager videos and the wood getting dialed in, o my look out, they sound wonderful. The Zad50ce has a name of Raspy, cause it sounds like an electric guitar with a Raspy voice if that makes sense. They are the best sounding guitar’s I have ever played, like really easy to. I have had 4 neck surgeries two carpal tunnel surgeries left/right so you can see why I picked Zager. It’s no joker if I can play without having pain you can to, WHOA, so get one of these guitars you won’t regret it. ? Got exactly and more of what i bought. Adjusting sting height is a breeze! This guitar has perfect intonation perfectly from open to 12th fret. I had a stroke and this is helping my now rehabilitation as i re-learn! Get you one of the best as i can't afford the others, the rest! I want a twelve string now as i have three Yamaha CPX models! Aura preamp has many different guitar types that are downloadable! Only had to reposition my high E into its slotted pin and lower my strings, Action! Thank You Denny, Dennis, Betty and all at Zagar! Hello fellow guitar enthusiasts, Jeff from Southwest Colorado here. I own a 2018 Martin OMC-28E and a 2020 Martin SC-13E, both purchased prior to my knowledge of Zager Guitars. Both guitars were purchased new by me and if I had it to do over again, I would have purchased the ZAD900CE Spruce/Rosewood Acoustic Electric over the OMC-28E. Almost $1,000.00 more for the Martin without a case (in 2018) than a new 900 series in 2024. That gets your attention. I am not in a position where I can buy another guitar, but boy, if I could, I would - in a heartbeat. What also gets my attention is the exceptionally refined look of the 900 - just the right amount of bling trim - nothing as what I consider "gawdy" as on the Martin 45 series yet more subtlety stated than the 28 series. Extremely pleasing to the eye. Now what really commanded my focus is that if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can send it back for a full refund, no questions asked AND it includes return shipping costs. When my OMC went south with neck issues, it was all I could do to get Martin to talk to me on the phone, much less offer any sort of reasonable response or even utter the words "return". Honestly, I have never played a Zager guitar (& in my particular case, using the word "playing" is probably a stretch - I manage to keep myself amused, but I am still learning how). I have read a lot recently how easily these things play. My old hands have difficulty with my SC and the OMC is unplayable above the 8th fret - another reason to kick myself in the pants - I should have tried a Zager. This is a real review from a real old man who likes to play guitar - no bs about it and from what I see on the reviews of Zager, I'm not alone in that opinion - those reviews are from folks who have actually played one. I was some what over anxious waiting but when I received my new ZAD900CE 50th Anniversary Tobacco Sunburst I was Blown Away with the Beauty and Quality of my Zager Guitar. The sound was as beautiful as the guitar was to look at. I'm what would probably be considered at the Beginner/Novice Level even though I've owned a guitar for many years. I carried my new Zager to work and handed my guitar over to my co-worker, a very accomplished guitarist. As soon as my co-worker strummed the first chord he started smiling and raving over the sound of my Zager and the action as compared to his very expensive Gibson Guitar. He immediately began to talk to me and point out every Quality Component and Feature of my Zager as if he were actually doing a Zager commercial. He assured me that the cost of my Zager was truly a bargain for what I had received from Zager Guitars. Today I ordered the ZAD50CE Vintage Sunburst Full Size with the Free Accessory Pack for my son Steven as he wants to learn to play the guitar. I felt that learning to play on a new Zager EZ-Play would make the learning experience more enjoyable than learning with my old hand me down guitar. I assured my son that I felt for sure that the lessons from Denny Zager would be the same high quality of the Zager Guitars. I'm excited for my son and he is looking forward to learning on his New Zager Guitar.

I bought a Zager Guitar for my husband's birthday! He said it’s beautiful!!!! He got teary eyed and chills. He said if he saw it in a store hanging on the wall he would have picked it. He said it sounds really good and loves how the neck feels in his hand and likes the strings being lower and the quality of the strings. He loves everything about it. He said it has a really good sound! The ordering process was easy and any questions I had were quickly responded to. The customer service was excellent! A lot of extras came with it. The shirt was a surprise to both of us. We highly recommend Zager Guitars!

Just received my ZAD50CE Solid African Mahogany Acoustic Electric. I'm blown away! this guitar is gorgeous. Thank you. Tony V

I'm having a hard time trusting this company. I bought some acoustic guitar strings from their website. I waited and waited for the strings to arrive. So I tried sending them an email. I thought maybe the order didn't go through. They never responded. I saw on my credit card statement that the order did go through. I found a live chat line on their website. No one available to chat, but the message got sent as an email. I told them that I never received the strings that I ordered, and I wanted a refund. Someone named Bella responded by saying the strings were delivered and gave me the tracking number. I replied asking who was the carrier? No one responded. So I googled the tracking number and I believe they were shipped through USPS. The tracking did show that the package was delivered, but to an address in New Jersey, I live in Tennessee. I sent another chat email explaining this mix up, but they never responded. I had to turn it over to my credit card company to get my refund. The cc company told me that they did respond, but with little information. I think with the information they sent me. Very poor customer service. Might as well say there was none. I'll never do business with them again.
