I have attached a word document that is much more detailed as I was running out of room in this box. The basic version of the issue is that I ordered a set of shocks from All Dogs Offroad based on their website description that they would work with my vehicle setup. Upon receipt of them, they did not work as advertised. I contacted ADO and they agreed that the shocks would not work as expected and that they would provide a different set upon them receiving the current shocks back. They however, stated that I would be required to pay the return shipping and wait another 2-4 weeks for another set to be made and sent. I attempted to contact them multiple times to advised that the mistake was not on my side but rather due to an incorrect description on their website and as such, I should not be required to pay the return shipping and asking that a prepaid shipping label be provided to return them. I also asked to simply be refunded as I cannot be sure the replacement shocks would be correct as they do not disclose lengths. I have not received any response from them regarding this since that time.Initial Complaint

I purchased a set of leaf springs and a set of bearings for coil overs on my truck, I received the leaf springs and all components related to, but never received the bearings. ***** had messed up my tracking numbers, so it wasn't until about 2 1/2 weeks after the order was placed that I realized I had everything that was shipped but not the bearings. I called all dogs off road and Chad answered the phone and in short said I need to look harder and he was the one that packaged everything for my shipment and that he was 100% sure that they were in there and he didn't make a mistake. I have a video that has time and date stamped for the time that I opened the package and it shows that there is nothing related to bearings in the package. I was told to "look harder" in the packing materials and that they were probably mixed up with the packing materials. They were not I did not receive the bearings and now I'm being berated by the general manager of all dogs off road.
