      Spreetail claims to be an expert in shipping large and bulky items. They could not even ship a small pressure washer. What a joke of a company. Stay away. I was under the impression that I ordered from Walmart. The box arrived. It was damaged and soaked in gasoline and oil. The box was not the original box from the manufacturer. The pressure washer was improperly packaged and in no way protected. It was just thrown I to a cardboard box. I would have overlooked the scratches. Unfortunately, the gas tank was completely cracked and would not hold gas. It was likely damaged in transit due to the lack of protection. This company is supposed to be an expert in shipping. I called to complain and exchange the pressure washer for one that works. What a horrible experience. They expected me to repackage the pressure washer in the oil soaked box and drive it to FedEx. I tried to schedule a pickup and FedEx informed me that the tracking number they provided was invalid. It took 3 hours for a replacement label. I was finally able to start a return through Walmart. There process was much easier. Spreetail instructed that it will take 3 to 5 days after they receive their product before they can issue a refund. I will be disputing this through my credit card company if I do not receive my refund by the end of next week. Horrible company. They should not be in business.

      Ordered a pool and still no pool. Walmart says it’s lost and the company refuses to give a refund. I receive an email from them daily saying it’s due for delivery “tomorrow “ but tomorrow comes and goes with no delivery. Terrible customer service. You can see there’s bin no movement on the pool and that it’s lost, but they still refuse to refund. I’m out $1000 and no pool. Do. OT purchase from this company.

      They sell low quality products without telling buyers before purchase, and this company even tell Amazon customer service to tell buyer that this defective item doesn’t come with warranty , so no parties take responsibility after sales, to make easy money, too low

      This buisness is the worst. I ordered a pool they sent me the wrong size then told me I had to pay $256 for return shipping. Pretty sure this business just sends the wrong stuff hoping people will give up. I ended up having to dispute my credit card charge. Just ridiculous. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

      I wish I would have come here before I made a purchase through ebay. I ordered a pool liner and immediately canceled it. I spoke with customer service who said they would refund within 2 business days. My purchase was for 228.00 the agent stated they were returning 215.00 and now I'm nervous because of these reviews. The second agent hung up on me and I think I'm going to have ebay step in after reading these.

      Unethical, misleading business tactics, refuses to cancel orders or pay for shipping returns for orders I did not want. I ordered 1 hot tub and mistakenly pressed another order. 2 minutes after I mistakenly pressed the wrong item and and tried to cancel it they refused to cancel the order. The next day they shipped me 2 hot tubs. I ordered through Amazon, called their customer service and Amazon said they couldn't refund the order because it was through a 3rd party. I started the process to return the item to Spreetrail. Their return label address is unreadable and I have to pay for shipping. They know full well that consumers are less likely to pay the high cost of shipping for large items. Now I'm stuck with 130lb hot tub I can't use and they charged me $849. The cost to return it is$250. I can't afford that. I'm a direct care worker and make minimum wage. I and ordered it for my clients for therapy Now I'm in the hole for $849. Also ,the hot tub I ordered that I wanted, which is suppose be able to use WI FI to control it doesn't work.

      I bought an inflatable hot tub from Spreetail last year off Amazon. Seven months in, it had a leak because water got into the chamber. We drained the water and then tried to inflate it again and it wouldn't inflate. The ad on Amazon said it had a 365 day warranty. Being within the time frame, I contacted them. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer (Bestway). I filed a claim with them and it was denied claiming I was out of warranty. I contacted Spreetail and they confirmed the 365 day warranty and to contact Bestway again. I called Bestway and they said they only have a six month warranty. I contacted Spreetail and they said that they would escalate my concern. No response, I contacted them again, no response for 10 days, I contacted them and got a message saying to contact Bestway again. I contacted Amazon who contacted them and they finally responded to me and said that they couldn't issue me a refund because it had been too long. They would issue me a refund if I PAID to send it back. UPS and USPS won't ship anything that heavy and big. A freight company wants close to $200.

      They have no empathy or compassion for customers. I thought I purchased it on Walmart, but Walmart gives refunds and I can return at the store. Well Spreetail only pays to contract with popular websites, but they operate separately. I have to pay $324 return shipping instead of taking the above ground pool to Walmart. I will never again purchase from Amazon or Walmart any product that doesn't do free returns or returns. I have Walmart Plus and Amazon Prime memberships so I do not ever have to deal with any shipping issues. This company does not take customers into consideration when they do not offer free returns. If returns are expensive then add that to the price or contract with Amazon or Walmart. I have to take a $324 loss because of Spreerails. I offered a trade for a smaller pool with their company. I offered to pay at least half of the shipping costs to split it. They refused to help at all other than to charge me this. The is a poor way to do business.

      My purchase with Spreetail was a months-long nightmare. I purchased one trash can from their Amazon store. After I placed my order, my order updated to 11 trash cans. I know the total cost when I placed the order, so this changed after the order was placed. I was also charged for all 11 trash cans (hundreds of dollars). I let the seller know, but they were shipped right away. They told me it was too late and to process it as a return once they arrive. I requested a return, but the seller didn't pay for shipping. The cost for me to ship them was hundreds of dollars. I contacted Amazon Support, who told the seller that they needed to provide pre-paid shipping (and they did). After shipping them back, a month passed with no word. I contacted the seller. They told me that the boxes never arrived at their warehouse. I still had the tracking numbers, which showed them arriving weeks prior. After showing that proof, their answer changed - they said I would receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Multiple weeks pass with no refund, and I contacted them again to ask for the refund to be processed. A partial refund then went through immediately, but it was only for about 60% of what I returned. When I asked why, I started to only get stock responses that "refunds take 3-5 business days to process". They were not acknowledging the question. Benefit of the doubt - I waited 5 business days, but nothing else came through. I contacted them again. Their answer to that was to claim that they already sent me a full refund a month prior and to check my bank statement. There was nothing. Amazon also had no record of that and my "Order Details" still reflected the 60% refund. I told them that - but no acknowledgement. Amazon got involved and told the seller that they needed to refund me within 48 hours. Four days later, still no refund. Amazon's Claims department got involved. I ultimately got my money back, but it was from Amazon directly - the seller never cooperated.

      I just bought a set of these storage boxes realizing I made an error buying the "wrong" type of storage boxes, so I had to return them. Little did I know, with all Amazon returns to go through UPS Store, I was charged $100 for ground shipping. I brought this up to Spreetail Customer Service. Here is their claim: Dec 18, 2023 5:11 PM Hello, Thank you for clarifying that you paid to return this item back to us on your own. As we're unable to refund more than the amount of money originally paid for the purchase, we aren't able to reimburse return shipping charges if an item was returned via a means other than the FedEx labels we're able to provide. Spreetail is happy to help you with any other questions that you may have. Thanks, Spreetail Customer Experience Team" Therefore, expect you will have to pay out of pocket to pay for UPS ground with a set of these boxes from the weight amount ending up to cost $99.00 to cover for the return shipment. The Seller should cover this, and with $89.00 to get a refund against $99.00, I technically do not see that as a refund. I will also post this on the internet for everyone to see. Unless Spreetail gives me my $100 to cover the shipping cost I paid out of my own pocket or credit card, then I will remove this review. Otherwise, I want everyone online to see it.
