      I prepaid 3 weeks in advance online. I arrived 10 mins early & Nobody was there. spent 20 minutes calling every phone number for EMBARK. They refused to SPEAK with me & completely ignored me when I asked for address verification. The unprofessionalism, RUDE, & SO DISRESPECTFUL. This place should be shut down. I worry about the way they handle animals! Saturday, Mar 2024 • 12:17 PM Texting with EMBARK Client: Hello this is JD. I had an appointment at noon today and nobody's here. the place is dark it's locked up can somebody please get back with me I've tried several numbers for the last 20 minutes left messages. and l'd like to speak with somebody please EMBARK: Where are you at? Everyone else already checked in for noon CLIENT: I'm sorry I guess I don't understand 5501 Holden street is that right? EMBARK: *Holdrege. I can get you rescheduled, it sounds like maybe you went the wrong place CLIENT: I am here right now and there's nobody here EMBARK: It's too late to check in for noon at this point though, I'm offering to resched. I will give you a call in a moment and we can cancel or reschedule, there are a couple of other clients in the queue. CLIENT: I was in the queue! & here before noon and nobody is here. Please verify the address?? Sunday, Mar 2024• 3:14 PM CLIENT: How do I reschedule? Monday, Mar 2024• 7:39 AM EMBARK: Good morning, this appointment was missed.Subsequently, the appointment has been refunded. You should see your credit back in accordance with your bank's policy.Sorry this was not a good fit. You didn't arrive at the correct location for your appt that day. 20 other people came in for their appointments that day. We are unfortunately unable to help further in this situation and your payment has been refunded. We are not associate at all. You are not welcome and You are a keyboard warrior with high anxiety and you need to get your life together.

      It is fair to comment that the assertions you have made here are not true. Unfortunately, the way that our society is set up currently, everyone gets a platform for their opinion. You have frequented the business since 2017. During that time you have brought your pets 31 times and interacted with 18 separate associates. Because of continued issues with negative attitude, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior on the customer part we do reserve the right to close accounts on a very infrequent basis. If everyone is having a negative time, time after time, there is no reason to continue the business relationship. Although you wanted to continue to use the business, the harsh treatment of employees and your offer to stalk the business owner until your demands were met, could not be tolerated. In this case, the overall well being of those who enjoy working here has to be preserved. It is important to mention that just because a particular demand on the customer part cannot be met, does not make the business rude or unprofessional.
