Invested close to $******* into a backyard pool. Started last June, but the concrete pool was not poured until November, 2021. Upon opening the pool this year, many problems persisted, including heater failed, jets failed, auto refill failed, coping was stained and worst of all, the base of the pool was discolored. Stains throughout the pool. You could even identify boot prints in the bottom of the pool. Finally drained the pool on June 13th with the hope of providing Bonsall an opportunity to rectify the issue. Following a few hours of work, no progress, no resolution. Pool has been empty for a week and little response. No resolution in sight.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/07/05) */ Most of these items were resolved at the time of the complaint. The outstanding items are being addressed currently. We have requested that the owner withdraw the complaint for for that reason. Consumer Response /* (2000, 11, 2022/07/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) Efforts have been made to wrap up the outstanding issues with most now completed. The company was cooperative throughout. Significant progress made of late.
