            My husband and I have waited for 15 months to get our basement bathroom remodeled from you. On May 2nd. 2023 you texted that" materials would be arriving next week and you will start shortly after this." Then you texted June 1st that you"will try by the end of the month". July 6th text said "project still going to happen." What happened to the supplies you ordered with our money? You did send that Texas guy to put in ceiling fan and light switches in the summer but he messed up the kitchen outlet and didn't come back till October to fix it. Nothing else was completed. Nov. 17th T.J. asked you if you were going to do the job and if not, return our money and house key. We received no text, phone call or email from you. I am disappointed. Why now you ask? We would like our money back and our house key. That would be the decent thing to do. Sincerely, Janet L****

            I apologize if you feel as though you didn’t get the service you wanted. I understand your frustration as I am frustrated with the harassment and abuse I received while attempting to take care of your job. I had notified your husband TJ Lieck, who also left a review, many times that the electrical in your home was outdated and was in need of updating per the inspection of a local licensed electrician. From my understanding, there was preexisting wiring issues in your home that have caused you problems. You can reach out anytime via email so long as it is reasonable and professional moving forward.
