    I went by at 4 p.m. and I rang the doorbell and a "hearing" lady came and opened the door. I went in to sit in the waiting area. Kim D**** came out and said have you been going back and forth ringing the doorbell. I said no, I have been sitting here. She looked over and there was a different guy ringing the doorbell. That guy came over, he was hearing. Again, she had been coming at me and insulting me. She was posting blame at me. I said, Why did you come at me, there was someone else here. Immediately, she went back and forth with me. The other man was patient while we were talking. We were not explosive with each other but were going back-and-forth with each other about how she approached me. I explained to her that I had a appt with Ashley W*** July 10th so I came to the Lincoln office because Ashley is in the Omaha office and she was again, Why are you coming here. I came to get business cards for Ashley and Arlene G***************. She is a new director. I wanted to get their card because google has no information for them. I had spoken with Ashley a year ago but Arlene is a new employee. Kim is argumentative and thinking through things that happened in the past rather than treating me with respect. After I got the cards, I left the office. I had a sour interaction with her. I have an upcoming appt with Ashley. No one was at the front reception desk or waiting area. There is no staff to be seen while in the waiting area. Staff should be full-time. There was no one available. They should be on staff for the entirety of the day.
