A few months back I brought my phone in,(*******) after the screen shattered. Now the only issue was the screen was cracked. The employee said ok no worries we can get it repaired. I paid $*** to have it repaired and after looking and noticing it seemed to work fine I left. But after returning home I noticed some color issues then I noticed that some settings were missing. I did some research and realized they possibly installed an LCD screen. I returned back and they replaced the screen again with the same issue. I then asked if they used an OLED screen and they said they cost extra. My phone was made to use OLED and LCD can't be used. They then charged me more to install one. After leaving my settings were still missing and my screen was very dim compared to normal. I then returned a few days later after doing some research, they hadn't transferred the data between the screens. I returned once again on another day. Had the data transferred. Then the screen failed, wouldn't respond, and had green lines through it. I went to another CPR store who repaired it but we noticed touch issues so they examined and determined there was an issue with the board and the other store confirmed they noticed possible issues too. I notified the employee the data on the other screen needed transferred and he argued it didn't. I told him it does and it was an issue we had otherwise the brightness does not work correctly. It was shipped off for over a month and still it wasn't fixed because the board "seemed" fine. Now my phones brightness and settings are missing. The touch issue has still continued, and I was refunded. But the touch issue never occurred until after so many repairs and now I do not have correct screen adjustments.
