AWFUL. Do not purchase the tire warranty- it’s a complete scam. Terrible customer service and handling of complaints so don’t waste your time trying to resolve with them if you do have issues.

Amber came in to talk about her tires having excessive wear. She purchased tires with our protection plan in Jan of 2021. Our protection plan includes free tire rotations, free tire repairs, and if the tire is non repairable, our road hazard protection takes over and the customer only pays for the amount of tread they have used. Our plan is pretty standard with all other tire stores in the area. That plan is also optional and the customer is given the opportunity to decline coverage at the time of the purchase. This vehicle returned to us on March of 2022 for 1 tire rotation, which was covered at no charge. At that time, an inspection was performed and the customer was informed that both front lower ball joints were loose and both rear shocks were leaking. All of which can cause premature tire wear. The customer declined both repairs at the time. The next time the customer was in, was in July of 23 inquiring why her tires did not last. We did another inspection and the ball joints were still loose and have not been replaced and the rear shocks were still the same shocks. We explained to her and reminder her that the tires did not last due to issue of the bad parts on her vehicle. Our tire protection plan does not cover premature wear on the tires due to faulty parts on the vehicle or lack of tire rotations.

This was not the case. I went to TWO places after I realized you were ripping me off and BOTH said that there was nothing wearing down the tires prematurely. Thank you for your long blame-placing response by the way! It is a superb indicator for anyone who may have been considering using your service.

I went to get my tires and oil changed, they never put the oil cap back on so the oil leaked all over my engine. They are replacing it now but will take weeks for the engine to get delivered and for them to fix it. i'm a travel cna so having a car is a priority to me. But they said the can't help me get a rental until it's finished

This vehicle was indeed brought in for an oil change and tire rotation and both services were performed. Through a series of miscommunications, in this particular case, the incorrect oil filter was installed and did manage to come loose and fall off after 3 days of driving, causing the engine to seize. I explained to this customer's mother, who handled the entire situation, what happened in detail and hid nothing from the customer. It rarely happens, but when a mistake is made, we own it and do everything in our power to make it right with the customer. In the beginning I was unsure of the time it would take to replace her engine. Within 8 calendar days, a replacement engine was installed and the vehicle returned to the customer. We did not have a loaner vehicle available to supply to the customer. Upon engine replacement, the serpentine belt was also replaced, due to her belt have many cracks in it. A broken vacuum hose was also replaced that was causing a vacuum leak, and someone replaced her front brake pads on old rotors but had no hardware on the pads. So the brake pads were loose in the mount brackets. We installed new hardware clips on the pads to save them and the mount brackets. All of these were done at our expense to take care of the customer. I was told that a review was posted and did request for the review to be removed because I felt that we were honest and took ownership of the situation and went above and beyond in an extremely timely manner to get this customer taken care of and back into her vehicle.
