6/10/2023 0r 6/11/2023 was date I purchased an$ ***** packet listed with rental property's, from this business. TO top of the business is directing us/customers to an tint shop*** **** their I spoke with a lady who assured me this wasn't an scam the homes listed would be actually homes that are rentable.long story short each home listed on the paper are either non workering numbers,a few homes already rented,not to mention I spoke with 3 people whom numbers this business has listed for homes which they don't know anything about the property nor this company.I spoke with an lady Christine who's number they have listed mutil times for different address,she feels sorry for me,I really ****** about it an then when u get ******* ****** paper to search for housing their the 1st names that come up(which the homes aren't available) the nerve of these people scamming individuals silly enough to go into a tint shop thinking these folks business is an actually business an its NOT!!.Shame on them.they should remove all ads associated with rental property's.i found an report made while back and their defiantly using fake numbers to advertise,fake landlord for other properties ,all I needs back is my **$ an I'D be an Happy customer this was an unnecessary **$ I could have used toward an application fee an had some change.Business response

In regards to Natashia's complaint we only advertise rentals and provide the list. Any information on that list is either direct from the owner or manager or from listings from other outlets. With the advent on websites such as ****** and ******* those outlets do not disclose actual landlords numbers but have a pool of phone numbers they assign and attach to individual listings (landlords) that redirect to the landlord/managers number. Once an owner or manager removes that home from ****** or ******* the assigned number is re-assigned to a new property. So if you have written down or printed information on a home that recently was removed from ******/******* and call the number it will no longer be assigned to that property but to a new property that was listed. Other than that situation all numbers are correct to the home and landlord it belongs to. No FAKE landlords or FAKE numbers period!
In regards to the ******** ********** ads those are homes available when advertised and are on our list until they get rented and are removed. Our normal policy is no refund as we can not verify if someone found a home through our list or if a customer actually came in daily for updates or just got one list which soon would be outdated with rented properties. In Natashia's case we can make an exception and give her a refund and offer her free service next time she is looking and help her best use it so she can find a good place.
