      The very pushy sales rep I worked with set the listing price for my vehicle unrealistically high, and more importantly never forwarded offers to me like he was supposed to, and never followed up after the listing was over. I was contacted by VSS almost a month later, and they just made lame excuses for the lack of follow-up and not letting me know about the offers to buy my vehicle. I wasted $500 on services that were not provided.

      I received a call to assist with the sale of my ****** from Geoff at Vehicle Selling Solutions. He wanted $*** to take charge and I would be hearing from them. Money cleared 2/22/23 to a ******* group. I have not heard a single word from these folks. I believe that I have been scammed.

      Mr. ****** signed up with us on 02/21/2023 and we called and sent his Invoice showing paid via email, along with our processes for his records on the same date.  Unfortunetly, there was typographical error in the email address, which has since been corrected.  We have spoke with Mr. ****** and are waiting for more photos which he will be providing shortly.  He also informed us he will be contacting the BBB to remove this complate as there was just a miscommunication.

      Mike **** contacted me from **** *** ****** **** ***** ** Vehicle Selling Solutions. I had a piece of equipment on **********. He told me he had a similar item that he just sold and two more customers ready to buy if I went with him to sell my equipment. Initially, he wanted to charge me $******* but was so sure it would sell that I would only pay $****** up front. He would cover the difference. I was in contact with him over a few weeks where he told me was working out a price and financing and had offers on the table. Then he started with family emergency excuses where he couldn't talk and to call him back later. I tried calling him back several times. He no longer took calls from me and never returned my phone calls. This appears to be a scam.

Our goal is to utilize the best marketing strategy for your item and be transparent and efficient on how we are going to accomplish our goal, it does not sound like that happended here. Your account manager is actually leaving for his fathers funural today, however, you can always call customer service anytime, Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for all your account information. With that said, we cannot guarantee a timeframe in which we are going to get your item sold. All we can do is pick the best venues on which to advertise your property, and study timeframes in which it took to sell similar items.       Mike **** contacted me after the dispute was opened. He wanted one more week to get my machine sold. He said he would contact me today with an update. I did not receive a call. I would just like to have a refund.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have already called repeatedly and have not received any resolution. Too much time has passed. I had to use other resources to sell this piece of equipment. This business overpromised what they could do for me with no results.

      After a hard sale job by Agent Chris: Chris promised me that he would stay in contact every week until the vehicle sold. Vehicle Selling solutions uses **** and the online listings to get vehicles sold. They charged my $*** and gave me host of unmet promises. After the first listing on **** failed, Chris tried to upsell me on another $*** for more **** listings services. This was not disclosed at the original sale of their services that they would be doing this. The upsell attempt was a classic bait and switch and I flatly refused. Chris said they would continue to do their best to sell my vehicle. I remember only one follow up phone call attempt in July 2022. I received 2 other emails about the listing that seemed very form letter in nature. I was promised weekly updates but that never happened After I sent the Oct 2nd email, Chris ranted during the call and spoke over my voice on a regular basis. I asked for a refund and that was rationalized by a continued rant about the fact if the vehicle had sold I would be happy. There was no additional follow up after the Oct 3rd phone call. Below is the email that prompted the sales rant. From: Robert ***** <************************> Subject: Fwd: Date: October 2, 2022 at 3:50:45 PM PDT To: Chris ******** <**********************************> Chris When I signed up with you to get my truck sold you promised me that I would receive weekly updates and get my truck sold So far, I have been very disappointed with your service including the uncharge attempt after the first **** auction. The initial charge and subsequent upsell attempt have been a waste of money to this point. I feel misled and your representation of being with me weekly to get my truck sold has been a waste of time so far. At this point I am requesting that you refund me all the monies spent since you and VSS has dropped the ball on helping me get my truck sold. I feel very mislead and the weekly follow though was a failure.

      Business Response /* (1000, 16, 2022/12/27) */ I apologize for the delay in my response, the 12/13/22 email is the first correspondence I saw. As I told Mr. ****** weeks ago, once a chargeback is filed, my hands are tied. With that said, Mr. ***** registered his 05 ************ on July 12th of this year, and we launched his **** Auction on the 14th of that month. His truck is actively listed and can also be seen on ********, *******, and our network of sites. Mr. ****** also has his own **** Store and is very versed on how that venue works, which makes his decision to dispute all the more confusing. Once I receive a decision from the bank I can speak more concretely on this subject.

      On April 5 2022 I was charged $*** plus dollars for services of listing my ************* John ****** saw my add on ************ called me was aggressive in his sales tactics however I proceeded woth process was promised it'd be listed one day wasn't listed until several days after was told it'd be on several platforms amd ******** which it was not was given the whole routine by John how it'd be a sure sale amd would be a successful process which it was not. Also after paying 2 days later i received a call from the same business from another sales lady with the same routine however after telling her i was already listed through them she bacame confused and didnt know how it happened apparently john ****** saw a list of people to solicit and did so pre maturley Unfortunately it was not not only was there hardly no exposure as promised the bidding was shallow and very disappointing. I will not recommend them and will not remove my complaint until I'm refunded said transaction

      This year 2022 in January I paid $*** to Vehicle Selling Solutions to place my RV on ****** platform. The sales reprentative Tim ******* advised it would be a 7 day closed auction and hidden reserve would be set at ***. When specifically ask if it would remain on **** until sold I was told yes. After the 7 day auction expired I was then called by Josh ********* and informed to keep my RV on **** (with a reserve still at *** but this time they would allow bidders to see the selling price) I would need to pay another $***. When I advised I was upset about that b/c I was told the original $*** was suppose to keep the RV on **** platform until sold. Josh apologized but told me no it would stay on other platforms but not on largest site which of course is ****. I felt like I was scammed and not told the full truth and don't believe I should have to pay another $*** to keep the vehicle on **** until sold. I would either like my original $*** refunded or I would like my RV to remain on **** until sold and a link provided to me to follow bids and offers being made which is what I was originally promised.

      When I listed my RV for sale, this company called and made all sorts of promises for listing my vehicle across several websites, including ****--for a flat fee of $******. I asked specifically if the listings would continue until it sold. "Yes, definitely." After the 7-day **** listing had concluded (good interest, but no one met the reserve), however, I checked the site to ensure that it had renewed. No. Then I received a call from Vehicle Selling Solutions offering to renew the **** listing for another $******. I pointed out that I had been promised that the listings would continue until sold. No, I was informed, not for ****. Classic bait and switch. This company is not reliable or credible.
