    0 only if i Could rate this place. Horrible never trust this lady with your event. She is not responsible or a good party coordinator. Dont even mention you want your dream decoration because she won't let you get it. awful communication. She canceled our event the day before, we tried to contact her by email,phone and text messages and she never reach back to us. We went and the husband was very rude to us, yelling at us. I'm not sure if she is racist or what! plus she kept our money (all of it full amount) even the one for security even tho event was canceled and security did not work for that day. Plus she was trying to book another event for our day! that is fraud, and we have the text messages she sent to the other lady, calls and emails we send trying to contact her. Thank God we found a place for my sister's quinciañera. PLEASE if this venue is your only option make sure you read carefully everything before signing if you have kids mainly, because she doesn't do well with kids running around in a party ....this place is just perfect for a funeral or a retirement party. Definitely going to report this place to the business bureau. This people is trying to get rid of all my reviews please help us they still have all of our money.

    We are sorry for your experience and are glad you found a hall to suite your needs.

    This event ultimately was canceled for breach of contract for failure to provide the required documents by the due date. Pursuant to Section 17 of the Banquet Hall Use and Rental Agreement you are required to provide proof of insurance to Simply Ballroom no later than one week before your event.

    After numerous requests made by Simply Ballroom for such proof of insurance, none was provided by the due date. Therefore, the event was canceled due to breach of contract by the client.

    You also failed to attend any required appointments (which there were only two required) or provide any vendor information or event information at all. We were actually told "It is not your business what we do". You also told us you were going to change the terms of our contract on your own so your party would go till 2am. Our contract clearly states your rented event time is from 2pm till midnight.

    It is unfortunate you feel the need to attack our staff personally calling us racist or accusing us of yelling at you when these statements are clearly false. We do have video of the interactions at our facility that clearly shows you showed up without an appointment. You were told I was out of the office and was asked to call me to schedule an appointment in a very nice, calm and professional manner. However you proceeded to stay and disrupt our business and continued to loiter for over 45 minutes.

    It is also false that we tried to rebook your event date with someone else. We clearly stated that the date is not available and it is too short notice for our venue. We also added that we do required all insurance documents and event details one week before the event date and we would be happy to look at future dates if they were open to it.

    It is unfortunate for our business that the facts are being portrayed incorrectly here. It is always in our best interest to do everything in our power to resolve any customer issues that might arise. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and fast response time and feel this is reflective in all of our reviews.

    We would have hoped for a different outcome for this event but ultimately we exhausted all our options trying to get any required information from you.
