Terrible company and terrible customer service. I closed on my house 11/24/21. By 11/29 I notified my builder that I noticed wind coming in multiple windows and moving blinds. Two weeks later a storm hit and most of the windows and our double doors let water in. It took builders another week to come inspect the issue. Their response was "double doors are known to leak and it was a strong storm." After telling them this was unacceptable they noticed the weather stripping was bad on the front door and agreed to replace it but recommended we give them more money for storm doors. Then I had to call them to touch base on the windows, they then informed me that they were waiting on ****** to inspect the windows in 4-6 weeks. ****** finally came and did their inspection, noticing one window was bowed, and another was installed incorrectly. So I called builders supply today to touch base. The gentlemen in the window department was very rude over the phone, tried denying builders installed the windows, then admitted they hadn't ordered anything. I understand waiting for ******s report on the windows, but weather stripping and a scratched window they knew needed replaced and let it sit over a month. I asked what builders would do to make this right as we now need to repaint walls, and have had high bills due to the poor efficiency of windows and doors. Builders supply said I could come pick up the weather stripping myself, but they weren't going to do anything else without the ****** report. So at this point they dragged their feet on inspection, never once contacted me, have had over a month to order supplies and did not, lied to me over install, and are now being rude. My builder is thankfully getting involved but is just as baffled as me that they would sell French doors, then when there's a problem with them letting rain and air in say "oh well they're known to leak."
