Terrible service and products don't waste your money. I recently had a remote starter w alarm installed by them and my vehicle was stolen 2 weeks later. The alarm didn't sound off on the vehicle or 2way on my keychain when I showed them the video of their failed product not working and demanded a refund they said they don't do refunds for installed equipment, but that's all they do there are installs. Now I'm out of over $400 and a truck so please don't get robbed like I did because they'll definitely take your money with no problem and sale you some garbageReview from Roger M

The way they do business is not recommended for being a reputable stereo equipment/installation shop. I paid up front for a 0 gauge big three installation amongst many other things and they used 4 Guage. This I only find out AFTER when I go to have the high output alternator installed. I call and they wonder why I'm angry..offered to give me the the wire to do correct...um NO! They are most likely the reason the alternator and batt are shot from not having the correct power output from jumpstreet. No surprise this shop is not bbb accredited . Unfortunately now I don't know what they've done right . Already know the extra battery in back is not the one I paid for,was told it wad better than I paid for ( how am I to know? Trust?? I was buying a replacement radio, as mine had gotten stolen from my vehicle. I was led to believe that there was a major shortage of equipment, which is why their prices were as high as they are. They sold me a previously-used, no-box or documentation stereo for well over new price. I found out immediately after the fact that this stereo was not hard to come by or purchase new and was over $100 cheaper to purchase online. I asked for a refund but was denied. Since it was in such "high demand", they should have been able to sell it easily though. Their website states that they offer refunds, but they do not follow this practice.

This particular unit, was an open box unit sold as a final sale item. We do offer refunds for NEW, unopened items. This unit does not qualify for those terms. HOWEVER, if you would like to bring the unit in for a refund, since the unit actually is in high demand we will accommodate.
