      I brought in my laptop and disussed the problem of the computer shutting down it has a power problem they told me it had a Virus and it needed a new Hard Drive. I had them fix everything. They said it was all fixed. The power problem was still there right after they fixed it! the reapair work was done last summer. I didnt keep the receipt and they say they cant find my name!! it was around *** ******** dollars. So what can I do. I feel like they really ripped me off! I 'm just going to buy new laptop. but yeah I would testify in court that is exactly where I took my laptop it is right by my house. it's the only computer store I have been to in the last 5 years! it is has new management now. I wish I kept better records but I didnt. I will check my credit card and see if I can find it. I feel like they really done a disservice to me! it was not HONest. Thank You

      We'd be happy to help this customer but we literally do not have this person in our ticketing system. We asked if this person possibly checked in their device under a different name, family or friend and we tried all options he gave us. We have no past record of helping this person with the current information we have. We can't offer any warranty service if we have no record of helping this person in the past.

      I am rejecting this response because:  I only have one name  I paid them money!  I cant help it they lost the records.  Call the old manager He would remember me!  IM" an honest person I came in for a service and they did not fix the problem.  

      There is some reason they are not keeping record of customers!

      We are not saying you are dishonest. We just can't provide a warranty service if we cannot find your name or the repair in our system. We have triple checked all the details (email, phone number) you have given us, and punched in possible misspellings of your name. We have also checked all the Mark **** in our system and we can't find a name that's even similar to your name. Is it possible you dropped it off under a business name? We have records of repairs going back more than 5 years, and our system does not allow us to delete records, so if we did a repair we will have some record of it. If you can find the transaction we can go back and pinpoint what ticket and what service was done.

      I use my name only!  It was last summer I was in at least 3 different times.  After they said I had a virus and a bad hard drive that work was done and then the keyboard was not working and still the power problem.  They called me and I come back in the manager said it was fixed.  right away it shut down again!  so they never fixed the problem I first told them about.  I dont know why they cant find my name in their system!  Since I did not keep my receipt I guess I Learned a lesson you can Never Trust anyone!  anymore  Thank You.  I should have come back in last summer but I was tired of dealing with them.  but yeah it is not right !  I understand they do not fix computers anymore!  so why is that?  They charged like *** bucks just to take your computer then  they tell me it's the hard drive and a virus.  and I still have  the hard drive maybe we should check that and see if it was even bad!  so that is my fault.  but something is dishonest here cuz they cant find their records.  They shluld actually look at the computer but yeah I dont want them to look at the computer.  I do not trust this shop!

      To prevent more back and forth from the customer. We just can't offer a free warranty service when we have no record of the original transaction, or any of the customers details in our system. From the information we have and tried, we have no record of helping this person.
