            I gave them one star just because I can not gave them 0. Their phone number is no longer on service (?) is this a legit business?? I placed an order and two weeks later had to follow up with a form on their website to inquire about the status of my order and got a one line email back from a general mail saying, this order is in backorder. We apologize for the inconvenient (really??) no name, no phone number, no estimated date of delivery. This is probably my fault because this is the second time it happens to me with this company I was buying a product from Ecolab and the first purchase I made some years ago, take some time but I got it, then the second time never got it and after unsuccessful communications had to cancel and request a refund. Definitively do not recommend this company to anyone. I even doubt that this is a legitimate business, or at leas with legitimate business practices.
