On October 31, 2022, I ordered some business supplies from National Everything Wholesale online. My order number is #*****. I waited for a couple months thinking maybe the items were on backorder. I tried to contact the company via telephone, but selecting every option always leads to being disconnected. I filled out their form on their website and I have yet to receive a response from them. My order was $******, which they charged my debit card immediately. I placed an online purchase and received an automated confirmation email reply. Attempts to get shipping/tracking information go unanswered by email or phone messages left at the business location. My credit card got charged immediately, but nothing has shipped.Business response

I received communication from the company indicating they were processing a refund. Once I see the credit applied to my credit card account, then I will consider that they have completely responded. But I cannot rely just on an email response at this time.Initial Complaint

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause. A copy of the email can be provided. Thank you. It is not acceptable that a refund should take more than 3 weeks to process. I have emailed numerous times since they told me it was being processed and I get no response.
