I placed an order on the business's website *********************** The order was placed on 7/13/2024 and it has since been 10 days. The order still has not shipped. Now that is fine under normal circumstances, perhaps there is some sort of issue behind the scene that the customer is not aware of. However, the business has been completely unresponsive to any forms of communication. I have reached out to the business multiple times via email and via their website, both to no avail of a response. All I'm asking for is transparency in regards to the delay in shipment and when the order will actually ship. At this point, any customer confidence has been obliterated and I demand a refund on my order. My money is being held hostage by this business of which I would have been able to spend elsewhere had I been refunded timely.Business response
