      This is a formal complaint against OMAHA DOUGLAS FEDERAL *******************. This company has repeatedly violated my consumer rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and has caused me much unnecessary financial AND mental distress. For starters, they're reporting an erroneous & unverifiable account on my credit report and not to mention an account in which I've asked for proof of claim and in which they have not been able to provide, per the FCRA. Despite my efforts to resolve this unfortunate nightmare for several months now, OMAHA DOUGLAS FEDERAL has completely ignored my communications and legal submissions to remove this inaccurate information from my credit report. *********************************************************************************************************************** Yet, somehow, this company is still in business. This company's unprofessional & negligent behavior has caused lots of serious harm, not only to my ability to establish credit & good interest rates, but also to my character as a Professional and as an individual. Please help me, *****************************************, to put a stop to the operation of these unethical & immoral business practices immediately. I sincerely appreciate your time and assistance in this matter and hope to hear from you very soon. As previously stated, this credit reporting agency is reporting erroneous, derogatory information about me to which is killing my credit & my Professional image. They've refused to send any proof of their claim because they have none since this account has never even existed. Therefore, my only wish is to have them permanently remove the inaccuracies that I've disputed from my credit file immediately.

      To Whom It May Concern:

      I had transaction to happen with my checking account with Omaha Douglas Federal CU on 11/23/2021 @ 17:17:28 hours. Amount of transaction was $299.00. I was told to contact their Fraudulent Department.

      When I reach out to the Fraud Department (after several call backs), they informed me that the transaction was done to a card that wasn't in my position. The card that I gave to the fraudulent company (Acting as ******) wasn't the one that the transaction was taken from. This Company still disapproved the Fraudulent case and wouldn't return my funds.

      I have requested and received a letter from Omaha DFCU of this transaction which proves that the card not in my position was used for this transaction. I'm asking for a reversal of the decision to not grant fund back to my account on this fraudulent case.

      Need fair help, please!!!

      The disputed debit card transaction was investigated by our card processor's Fraud Department. Based on the information provided and information acquired during the investigation, the fraud department determined that there were no charge back rights in accordance with Visa rules and regulations. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the results of the investigation.
