    I placed an order and capital express scanned my package in *************** on the 24th of November! It's been sitting there and no movement. On December 5th I called and I was told my package would be delivered on December 8th! When December 8th came around and no package still I called again and this time they told me Wednesday or Thursday I should have it. So December 9th (Wednesday) I called and then they proceeded to tell me that they haven't received my package when clearly it shows its been scanned there!!! I called on December 10th and they were proceeded to tell me yes it's been scanned there but they haven't received it yet!! This company can not keep the stories straight what so ever!! So where is my package and until I get my package I will call everyday!! Especially when they can not even tell the truth and constantly lying about where my package is!

    I ordered a product from a company that requires a delivery in person with a signature on January 23, 2023. I was given the tracking information and was able to follow it until it arrived at Capital express courier on January 30th. The correspondence stopped at that point. After 2 weeks without information I contacted the company regarding my purchase and they forwarded me the information to call the courier. My first contact with the courier was inconclusive and I was told that they would be contacting me soon to set up a delivery but that they have been very busy. A week later I called and they told me that they only send a courier to my area if they have other deliveries in the area, but since it has been such an extended period of time they would send someone the next day, but I stated that I am not available on that day and I gave them my availability. They said that they would confirm that it would work but that the district manager was going to be on vacation so my package would likely sit until she returned but they would call me back if they couldn't make it out on the day I gave. I did not get a call nor did they make an attempt to deliver my package, and I presume it was weather related. I called again the following week on February 27th and they had difficulty finding my package in the computer since it has been almost a month, but stated that they would email the courier and see if they would call to set up a delivery. I have offered on every occasion that I made an inquiry to drive to their distribution center and pick it up myself and was told that that was not allowed. I am just trying to make the process easier, but I don't feel like this company is providing a good service when they sit on packages because they find their location destination inconvenient.
