I worked with these companies which are contractor and subcontractor, on the project to do wind and solar on my house.  I wanted 6kwh of solar panels, 10kw of batteries, and a 2kwh wind turbine.   To say there were issues is to put it mildly, and I'm not just talking about the pallets, metal rails, and other scrap/trash that still remains in my yard a year and a half later. Due to character limitations, please see the attached word document for the full level of fraud and other issues committed by Monster Electric. A quick summary includes: 1. Wind Turbine was supposed to be pole mounted, with estimate including costs. Showed up with turbine on roof mount, insisted on roof mount. 2. Roof mount causes roof damage, vibrations due to spinning, and lack of flexibility for high winds. 3. Monster electric ordered the wrong parts, causing the wind turbine to never produce power for the house. 4. Monster Electric agreed to connect the Air Conditioning to the back up box, but lied and put in an 20 amp breaker connected to taped off wires. *** *** confirmed that AC compressor would be fine with 30 amp breaker. This was done during winter, so not discovered till later. 5. There has been an ongoing issue every couple days where the *** *** Inverter disconnects from grid while house still is connected. 6. When contacting the contractor to try to at least get the wind turbine removed so it would cease to damage my roof, as they refused to fix the situation, was told I had to pay $****** to get on the schedule, minimum. 7. Any delay in filing was due to working with Laura ****** on the issue, and as of today finally finished the contractual obligations of the installation by getting the warranty verified and filed. Because of this, the job is considered "complete" as of 05/10/2023, and it was like pulling teeth to get even that much done. She tried speaking with Monster Electric and ** ******, as she is an assistant for them, and they refused to do resolve the concerns.

      Greetings,

I realized I should likely include the proof that the warranty paperwork wasn't completed till the day I filed this case.  I have quite a bit of other documentation in this case, so feel free to reach out with questions or additional information as needed.

      Jared *******
