At 4:48 PM on Sunday, September 12, 2021, I received a product that I pick up on the usual every two weeks, ****************************************************** I received a bottle of juice in a 120 mill... The security cap is still attached! Are we Aloma employees really gypping our customers now? I am not joking, this bottle of juice looks 79% full!!
I don't tolerate ill attitude customer service, along with being gypped.
Worst customer service I have yet experienced! *************************************************************** ***********************************************************

I am sorry you were so unhappy, the team was trying to take care of you and explain that the 120mL bottles that we have instock right now are 130mL bottles and so there is a 10mL gap in the bottle. I know it can look a little off putting but, the bottle is always measured. The other two team members that were working that day did double check Tre's, the team member trying to help you, work because he is newer. Further more the team did try to explain this but, I apologize if they didn't do a great job. I will definetly follow up with them and make sure they know how to convey that message better. Also, can you tell me more about your time at our store and how the customer service was bad? Please email me directly anytime at ****************************.
