My sister bought ********** concert tickets through them for 2020 but the concert was postponed due to Covid. It has now been scheduled for March 22-23 2022. I've contacted verified seats about getting the tickets as the show is in two weeks. They just say they need to check with the supplier. I feel like they are ******. ************************** all I want is my concert tickets or a refund. Some of us have lives to plan I don't even know what date of the show I'm going to do I can figure out my work schedule.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/10) */ The customer has been notified multiple times about the delay with ********** tickets. I have responded to all the emails about the tickets. The tickets will be sent closer to the show date. We do not control how the suppliers and promoters release tickets. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I will accept the response once I get my concert tickets. I called ******************* where the concert is being held. All they could say is this is ******* and hopefully they follow through for me.
