Payment in full, $********, was completed on August9, 2021. A tentative service date was set for early October. Email communication and phones calls show service date being pushed to November, and finally, December. On 11/29/21, American Fence company removed existing fence from my property and I was told at that time it would be a 2 day job, one week at the most, and that all supplies were on hand. One week passed and I called the office on 12/6/21, at which time I was told the gates were being fabricated and would be delivered on 12/8. 12/13 came and I spoke to Julie in the office, who was **************, and she explained that the issue was in fact not with the gates but with the panels not being delivered. At that point she told me it was approximately one week out for delivery and I would then be scheduled. After yet another weeks goes by, me still without a fence on my property, I reach out and am told that the truck has a confirmed delivery date of the week of 12/27. I have in writing that if the truck arrives early that week, my fence will be installed later that week, and if the truck arrives later in the week that the fence will be installed early the next week. I am Now in my 6th week without a fence and no further communication from American fence despite my attempts to contact them for services owed to me.
