We purchased a snowblower from Westlake Ace Hardware in Omaha, Nebraska on 01/13/2024 and it only worked for about 45 minutes before it started shooting blue flames and stopped working. We spoke to a female employee on Sunday 01/14/2024 who told us that they do not take returns or repair units after gas and oil has been added. We called again 01/16/2024 and they told us a completely different answer and told us to bring it back for repair. We were told on 01/17/2024 that they could look at it and repair it same day. Got a call from the manager around 6pm, his name is **** and he informed us that they could in fact not look at it or repair it until Friday 01/19/2024. It is supposed to snow tomorrow and my boyfriend has a business to run reliant upon having a snowblower to remove snow. When speaking to **** he was extremely rude, refused to help and actually hung up on us. We would ultimately like a refund for the faulty equipment that we barely got to use.
