I went for a visit to a specialist my family doctor recommended who practices in same building- Dr. ******* - ear throat and nose specialist. He refused to let me speak for over 15 minutes- then asked what I've been using on my nose. I pulled out a bottle of nasal spray and he violently ripped it from my hand and slammed it on the counter. He then diagnosed it as the problem without even examining me or listening to my actual situation. When I asked any questions regarding his diagnosis he said "if you don't believe me, then get ******** out of my office!". He said that statement 3 times, each time I asked simple questions (like what caused it before I started using nasal spray because it is new but the problem has been around for a decade....I have never been spoken to with such disrespect and lacking human dignity in my life- ever. After his third statement I got up and walked out without actually getting a real diagnosis (or even a real conversation). This practice claims to be a religious organization but I fear that someone might go to it and have the same experience. I hope the BBB will help me in correcting this hideous treatment .Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 12, 2022/08/03) */ The patient contacted our office the same day of his visit with the above complaint. Our clinic president offered a follow-up visit to try to resolve the above issue. The provider who saw the patient that day stated that there was no profanity used by him whatsoever and the above events were falsely reported. The patient was granted a no charge visit as he had requested this. The patient refused to come back to meet with any of the providers to try to resolve his concerns. The office note for the patient did state that the patient got up and left the examining room before the provider could make a final diagnosis and therefore, no charge was applied. The patient was again contacted via phone a few days by the clinic president and there was no answer. The clinic president was able to talk to the above patient's wife face to face in clinic twice and offered our apologies that he was upset by his visit. We also offered to meet with the patient again to try to resolve any further concerns. The patient never responded to our offer. The wife was notified that the visit for the patient was not billed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 14, 2022/08/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I think the organization has failed to acknowledge any improper action and simply says it's the patients fault. What the patient experienced was indecent and uncivilized in every way shape and form. The fact is this Dr. Treated a patient horribly, then when confronted with a complaint simply says he didn't do anything wrong, it's all made up, and he wasn't charged. This is dishonorable behavior by this doctor. I did respond to the messages left and left my own. The constant dishonesty here is unbelievable!
