    biBerk changed the agreed upon policy without any notification and changed my monthly billing amount from 160.65 to 212.76, but only after incorrectly charging 895.93 in May which has yet to be reimbursed. When I signed up for the policy the worker's comp for myself was waived and given the monthly withdrawals were as expected (160.65) everything seemed ok. However, 2 months later, and without any prior notice, my premium jumped to 895.93 which was a surprise because the initial policy had a very clear installment plan that had me paying 160.65 until the policy ended later this year. They are now notifying me that the reason for the change was because they requested a WC43 form (after everything was agreed upon), which I did eventually provide, but now my premium was raised to 212.76 and they have yet to reimburse me for the 895.93 amount.

    The sales person sold us a policy, before checking out if they could cover, our type of business. Took our money and than came back and said they could not cover us. Later still billing me for a policy they knew they could not cover. When I called the customer service lady said they refunded us. Which her boss later said they did not and I would have to pay the remaining balance on a policy that never went into effect. First saying they covered us for one month and than saying no it was for one day. So I am going to pay this final bill even though it’s not really owed. You can play back their recordings and listen to this conversation I am talking about. Thank you
