      Paul G****** was not only able to get my security company a vehicle policy today, he also expedited my case so that it could be updated when the client had further demands. Very knowledgeable and polite. I’m guaranteed to be a customer for life with this kind of service

      I received notice today my policy was being canceled, with no explanation as to why. I had progressive for over a year with no problems now I’ve had Biberk for not even three months and I’m being canceled literally right after I paid my monthly bill this month they sent me notice. So between the down deposit and monthly bill I’m out almost 8 thousand dollars and on the verge of losing everything I have worked for all thanks to this company. I would run as fast as you can in the opposite direction of this company. I ignored the reviews like an idiot and it’s cost me gravely. They have reviews on here and google about them canceling policies for nothing, I should have listened. The BBB needs to seriously look into this business with so many policies cancelled it’s got to be a scam they took my down deposit and everything I had a now my kids home is on line. These are people lives they are destroying and something needs to be done!

      I have been with biBERK for multiple years for my commercial auto and had all but a pleasant experience until i met Rob. Fortunately when trying to get my Loss Runs and GL additions he was able to better help my company with more appropriate insurance solution. I am going to be saying with this company now that they are better servicing my account.

      I was disappointed with my experience at biBERK due to receiving inaccurate information and being subsequently billed for a policy that did not meet my needs. Initially, I contacted biBERK to ensure their general liability policy could accommodate specific language required by my employer. A biBERK representative assured me this could be added after purchasing the policy. However, after purchasing the policy and attempting to have the required language added, I was informed by another agent that they could not fulfill this request. Consequently, I promptly canceled the policy. To my surprise, I later received a bill for $104, nearly half of the annual policy cost. When I contacted biBERK's customer service to address the discrepancy, I was told they could not assist me over the phone and instructed to send an email instead. After detailing the situation, including purchase dates and correspondence, I received a response stating I was liable for the charge despite the policy cancellation. Subsequent attempts to resolve the issue through further correspondence were met with silence from biBERK. This experience has left me dissatisfied with biBERK's customer service and their handling of my policy cancellation and billing concerns.

      Horrible experience with customer service. Run away. Still battling to get a refund for a cancelled insurance - approaching 3 months. We set up insurance for a business we intended to close on 4/15. The deal fell through a few days later and I called biBerk to explain we wouldn't need insurance given we don't own the business. They finally cancelled my policy 5/15 (which they blamed on state regulations) but still haven't issued a refund. I can't get biBerk reps on the phone or email to reponed. I did get my claim got elevated to a "complex resolution" representative but they are now completely ghosting me. How is a canceled insurance policy (with no claims) a complex resolution? Read these reviews - thematically they all highlight difficult to deal with customer service. Buyer beware!
