MEDICARE HAS BEEN CALLING AND HARASSING ME FOR 2 YEARS ABOUT THEIR PLAN COVERAGE THEY WONT LISTEN WHEN I SAY TO THEM IM NOT INTERESTED TO STOP CALLINH ME AND TAKE ME IFF OF THE CALL LIST THEY CONTINUE OVERTALK ME I BLOCK THEM CALL BACK FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS I SO OVERWHELMEDBusiness response

Senior Market Sales has conducted a thorough review and has no record of ever having contacted ********* ******. We note that her complaint states that “Medicare” has been calling and harassing her, and suspect that she may have identified the wrong entity as the caller. Senior Market Sales does not make calls to consumers, as its business is working with insurance agents who sell Medicare plans and other insurance products. With respect to calls it makes to insurance agents, SMS has robust practices to manage its internal Do Not Call List and ensure that calls immediately cease to any individual who has requested to be added to that list. Furthermore, SMS does not use alternate numbers to call individuals who have asked to added to its Do Not Call List. SMS takes these practices very seriously. Again, we anticipate that this compliant was mistakenly directed to the incorrect company, and hope that Ms. Wright is able to locate the actual source of the concerning phone calls.

Received an email from Senior Market Sales LLC stating that I made an agreement with them for insurance leads. I never have heard of this company before and I certainly did not make any agreement of any kind with them and certainly not to purchase leads. I tried to email them and the email came back as undelivered. I will send them a response by U.S. mail. Companies will do this to exact money out of unsuspecting insurance agents. I really surprised by this.Business response
