June 2021 I hired Kyle to complete my landscaping as i just had built my house. he placed a drain tile wrong and my neighbor told him he would want to correct that b/c it will cause water run off/washout and it would damage his yard as well- Kyle had no regard for that and my neighbor left it alone. so this spring- it started with suttle wash out and by June of this year - the wash out had washed out my side yard and into my neighbors yard and washed two of his fence posts out. I reached out to Kyle to address this issue/correct the problem- I tried for 6 weeks and finally he answered to me - he told me he would take care of it and then wouldn't show up/ he told me I shouldn't have to correct my neighbors yard either. Kyle never showed up and I hired another company to fix the problem and it cost me $****. I asked Kyle would he pay that back to me or atleast a portion and he said - I will come fix it- I said it is to late- I already hired someone else and I am asking for reimbursement. Now he is not responding to me .
