I contracted with Deluxe Landscaping, DBA Deluxe Mowing Services, and paid $861.49 for shrubs that were never planted. I also paid $101.25 for monthly lawn treatments that were never performed, for a total of $962.74 for services that were pre-paid but never completed. After six months of false promises and missed appointments, the owner, *********** ******* admitted that the work was never going to be done, and stated in a text on Wed October 25, 2023 that he was sending a full refund by priority mail, and that it would arrive the next day. I have not received the refund and my text messages have gone unanswered. My phone will not allow me to attach documents, but there are months worth of texts and emails if needed. ** ****** is NOT disputing the fact that the work was never done, and he is NOT disputing the fact that he owes me a refund of $962.74. He is simply making commitments and then ignoring them. Please be advised that I have received a full refund of $962.74 from Deluxe Landscaping. I would like to cancel/withdraw my complaint against this business, and I consider the matter closed. Thank you.
