I brought my clothes to this laundromat to be cleaned, and I'm leaving here with OVER $*** of my clothes damaged. One of the attendants called their manager Tory and told her what happened. I spoke to the manager who apologized about what happened, asked me what price I thought would fix it. I told her $***, but that was before I checked the rest of my clothes I'm the dryer that caused the problem. She said she would call her Maher and speak with him about it. She didn't think it would be a problem, but if it was he might want to speak to me directly to fry more info. She said she would call me back in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, I still had no call back and the attendant was no longer in the building. I asked the other attendant where she went, and she went home. I asked her to call the manager for me, and she did. I talked to the manager again who said "her boss said they weren't going to do any ring about it, because it was my responsibility to check the dryer. " she lied. She told me she would fix it, it that she would try. I can't see through the entire dryer to see that you r was going to ruin my clothes. It's THEIR responsibility to clean those dryers, so they don't ruin peoples clothes. It's wrong that she lied to me about fixing it. It's wrong they sent their attendant home so she wouldn't have to be questioned about it...and it's wrong that she lied about calling me back and that they aren't doing to do anything to fix the problem with their dryers that damages all my clothes.
