This company lies to seniors about what organization is going to pay for services. The rep tried to sweet talk my in-laws into giving him their medicaid and medicare card info and became argumentative when we denied him the info. Stay away!Review from Michael H

Not a good experience! They knocked on my door this morning trying to talk to me about Medicare supplements. Just NO. Stay away from my home! I will never use them. Too bad I couldn't leave zero stars.Review from Martin S

These are Telemarket hunting like ambulance chasers wanting to take advantage of seniors.
They contact by using robo calling method by using a local business's phone number.
As soon as you ask them where they are located they hang up. then 10 minutes later they call again using another robo called number and have the same automated robot call system before they transfer you to a live person.
First questions are if you have an active checking or savings, account or credit card available they can withdraw the premiums from.
If you ask why they hang up.
I am so sick of the American Senior Benefits companies tactics, I am forwarding this complaint to the ************************** office for some solutions,American Senior Benefits of the Midwest Response

Thank you for your message. The calls you are receiving are not coming from our company. They are spam calls that are spoofing our business name and information. We are currently working with the *** to track down the location and cause of this scam, however, they are foreign which makes it more complicated. I can add your name to our *** file, which helps them to analyze the demographics of the calls being placed. We will never contact you regarding business or personal information via the phone. I received awesome help in choosing my husband's Medicare Supplement plan and drug plan and again mine after I retired. The agent, Mary, was absolutely informative, helpful and let us make our own decisions. I think I got very lucky when I answered the phone call. I live in St. Paul, MN, they have agents in other states than Nebraska.
