I've purchased from this business many times before with no problem at all. In September they held a live sale on ******** and I purchased many items. I kept track of what I bought and I wasn't on long, maybe a couple of hours at most. Normally she bills within a day or two. This time took more than a week. I finally get the invoice and there are several items I didn't order. I contacted her on several occasions and got dismissed for a variety of reasons. I contacted her mother to find out what was going on and her mother shredded me. I again tried to reach out to ***** and was ignored and finally blocked from contact. I feel that if you want to have customers, and grow a business, you need to hear your customers out, not block them without addressing the problem at all. I paid the invoice in full, over $1000 but there were several items I didn't order and were mistakenly added to my order.
