Did not actually use them to move us because their bid was so much higher than the competition. I offered to even let them come back to look and modify the estimate but was told that they were confident that it was correct. They also insisted that the reviews for the competition were bad. When in fact they are a national company and the reviews were not for the Omaha area. So I selected the competition and the net weight came out 5000 lbs less than their estimate saving me $7K. Always get multiple bids, would not trust their bidding without it.

Michael, we sincerely appreciate your feedback! The majority of our customers do get multiple estimates and they have to decide for themselves who they feel is the best fit for their move. We always recommend that customers go online to look at the Better Business Bureau and other reviews before making a final decision. From the start and throughout the entire process, the folks at I-Go Van and Storage were very responsive, friendly and honest. The front office called within minutes of putting in our request for an estimate online. She was very friendly and worked throughout the process to get the answers to any and all questions we had. The Sales Associate was detailed and up front in the beginning with the estimate and walkthrough. And so helpful at getting us packing materials. The Manager stepped in as needed to explain the process when we changed our plan midway through our arrangements with I-Go. The packers were a tremendous help in getting wall hangings and those odd pieces packed up before move day, they really helped take the stress off. Load out was supposed to take two days. The crew of guys were such hard workers and fast. Our entire house was loaded out in less than seven hours! The delivery in another state by The Driver went so smoothly. He contacted me to let me know he had made it to town the night before delivery and made sure we were on the same page with the plan. He hired a great crew that worked hard and got everything offloaded in four hours! For such a stressful event as moving out of state I-Go Van and Storage does a great job of taking care of the customer and lessening some of worry. We had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend I-Go Van and Storage.

The whole experience was wonderful between the coordinator the driver and the guys that unloaded my house I could not have asked for a better group of people. They kept me up-to-date and were extremely professional the entire time.
