On August 13 we had King's moving scheduled to come out and first they tried to call and cancel that morning and I was like no we need to be out of my house today. Then two of four people they sent couldn't even carry a mattress safely. Then tried my couch. One dropped in on the front step and tore the corner. Then they proceeded to go to the basement and carry a dresser and dropped it and put a hole in the wall. I informed the head guy and he said he would report it and nothing. So we had to have them come back on Wed to unload (preplanned) and these guys were great. Once again, I reminded them of the damage and they said they would report it and I never received a call . They also said they would be back to move safe and never have been. Today is august 30. I have texted , called and left messages. They schedule to look at damage and no show multiple times. I just want my safe moved and couch fixed. Seems pretty simple.Business response

Kings Moving moved us from one home in ***** to another. In process, they damaged 3 items. One was a $**** table that the took to "their shop" and is being fixed. It is now almost 7 weeks later and we just get the runaround from Tyler and Jason ****. They also broke a vase and damaged a chair cover with no reimbursement and stated they would.Business response

Now that we have delivered the new end table and we have given full replacement value for the chair is this a satisfactory resolution.
