I purchased this custom dog crate in April 2022 and to this date have not received the product, I disputed with my credit card company and was able to get a refund but then DCT kennels contacted me saying that they were still working on it and that I would get the product so I dropped the complaint. It is now another year later and I still haven’t received the kennel or communications from the company and would like my money back but the refund on the credit card has expired so now my only recourse is go through BBB or small claims court. Please help me get in touch with the company to either find out status or get a refund. I don’t know what else to do. Many thanks.Initial Complaint

On February 14th, 2022 we Purchased a XXL Cratedenza from DCT the purchase amount totaling 2,461.50. The order estimated that our cratedenza would be delivered between May 24 - June 12 2022. Almost immediately after purchase DCT stopped communication with us. Our window for the original estimated delivery date came and went with again no communication on their end after multiple calls and emails from us. Finally we got a response on June 27, 2022 via email saying that they were running 1o weeks behind due to supply chain issues but that our drawings were complete and construction had begun. After 10 weeks we still had not heard anything so we reached out again in October 2022 via phone call, we got an email from DCT on October 7, 2022 Saying that our crate would be finished in 6 weeks and delivered 2 weeks after that. I reached out via email December 1, 2022 asking for an update since our estimated delivery date was again coming up, DCT replied December 7, 2022 saying that we were 8th in Queue to have our rate "BUILT". After emailing DCT back on December 7th asking for an explanation for all of the set backs and expressing our concern for spending that amount of Money with nothing to show for it we again got no reply from DCT and they would not answer our phone calls. My last email to DCT on February 10, 2023 asking for an update has still gone unanswered. At this point we are tired of tying to get what we paid for and just want a refund.. we are so disappointed.Initial Complaint

My wife ****** ********** and I have contacted ****** **** via email, phone calls, Instagram and Facebook to ask for the refund she promised us. We filed a claim with our bank ****** ****** A temporary credit in the amount of $4000 was issued on 5/12/22 while the claim was investigated. ***** **** reversed the $4000 credit on 6/7/22 due to their policy that a claim needed to be filed within 120 days from purchase. I made the purchase via ATM credit that withdrew the funds from our ***** **** account 11/8/21. the custom kennel was not delivered within the promised time frame (10 - 12 weeks), we were told they are behind and we gave them more time to build. We were not aware we only had 120 days to file a claim with our bank in the event of an issue. Five months after we made the payment in full ****** **** stated the kennel had not been built and she would refund the $4000. ****** **** claimed she was having issues with the company that runs the credit card payments (ECWID) so she asked me to dispute with my bank but the time frame had passed and ***** could not help me any longer because it was an ATM payment and not a credit card. ***** did give me a credit in the amount of $4000 on 5/12/21 while they investigated but since the time frame passed (120 days from time of purchase) to dispute the $4000 was reversed and taken out of my account on 6/7/22. Please note the refund and reversal was from ***** and references ***** **************** on my bank stmt. ****** said the financial corporations can fight it out so she is now refusing to refund the $4000 although we never received the custom kennel. Please see documentations to support attached. There are other customers that have not received their products either and posted on Facebook. DCT Kennels has since disabled all comments on Facebook so awareness of this issue cannot be shared with others.Customer response

The company I am disputing with is DCT Kennels not *** ******** although they are owned by the same party.
