      Terrible place to do business! Was told to put something in my wife's name because I didn't have a prescription from the doctor and it would be easier to switch it over once I received the script from the Dr. I received the script and forwarded it to them less than 48 hours later. Fast forward two and a half months later and they never put the item in my name. Had no record of it. Of course it was still in my wife's name and never transferred it to me. The guy working told me to take it back with me and return it the next day when a manager was there. I said I'd rather not drive all the way back out here, can't I just leave it and we figure it out tomorrow. I called and left a message the following day, a Monday only to never receive a call back. I called back a couple of times, and was finally able to speak with someone later on Thursday. I was told my wife checked a box saying we would private pay, even though verbally we were told to put it under her name because it would be easy to switch over once I received the script. Very rude customer service on their part multiple times. #1 never putting it into my name once I sent them the script. #2 Telling me to come back the next day to return the item when I'm already there. #3 Not returning my phone call, after admitting they received the call and someone from their staff was supposed to call me. #4 Basically calling me a liar by saying they don't prorate, even though their employee told us to do it by putting it in my wifes name because it can easily be switched over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! BILLING DEPARTMENT IS VERY RUDE! CUSTOMERS DO NOT COME FIRST HERE!

      Just because they have a good cover up story and are a big company with good lawyers they are shady and the incident with my Graciela cox everyone said it was her products delivered to a neighbor lawshondra probably spelt wrong ,Lindsey the same delivery driver trying to get the products back from the neighbor but bought the one box opened to my door their cover up story was that the distribution center put my daughter name on neighbor products then why were they trying to get the products back so quick if that's the truth of course united health care is going to believe this they said they are not billing them and that the owner David would call me ...never happened which I don't want to be contacted by them I want others to be aware of their unprofessional,rude and for lack of better word the shady way they do business so consumers and clients can be aware if a mistake was made with your products it will probably be covered up they took no ownership or responsibility for anything and wrote me off because i am a single mother of a disabled child who has state medical insurance......i see i need to learn my name its for my daughter same last name i do not wish to be contacted by this business ...thank u

      We had several phone calls with the customer. She just rants and raves and won't tell us what she needs corrected. She is also making phone calls from her home and from her place of employment (Insurance company) that are inappropriate. She calls, yells a few thing when the phone is answered and hangs up. She stated her insurance company was looking into this matter but we called her insurance company and they tell us all billing and deliveries are correct. The customer got her product and owes us nothing. We have reached an agreement with the woman that she will use another merchant for future services. We consider this case closed.

      I am shocked honestly this business is very confused I have stated in my complaint what the problem was and I called my insurance not your business also I have never "ranted and raved " and do not work for an insurance company don't u think if I did I would know more about insurance laws ect I am only responding because this is the most ridiculous response I have ever heard and I have filed a grievance with united healthcare my daughter insurance company you can't even keep your clients sorted out maybe u have so many problems but good luck with that I'm happy not to be one anymore

      They turned down filling my 2 month old prescription because she needs a nebulizer and we had documents from the doctor stating why she need that and they came back and told us we can't find any reliable charts on her so contact your doctor. Then proceeded to ask again what the diagnosis was after having documents in front of them. That is a complete refusal to fill a medical necessity for my daughter after having every valuable document stating the reason why. I am black and I completely feel like it was a racial thing seeing I watched another person come in from the ER with a Rx and was not asked any questions but was told they will fill it as quickly as possible now my daughter has to go without her Rx. I'm completely upset with this company and the NEED to be audited

      We have no record of a patient named Randall W***. It may be under his daughter's name but with over 250 W***'s in our data base we can't figure that out without more information. It would also help to know what location they went to. As to the issue of them being told they needed more information, different Dr's/ER's send different documentation with their prescriptions. At the same time, different insurance carriers require different documents before they will pay for a prescription. We do a lot of Nebulizers. Some patients who walk in with the correct paperwork required by their carrier can walk out fairly quickly with what they need. Others, who were not given the correct paperwork that their carriers require must wait while we track down the correct papers from their doctor (usually a couple of days) or they can go back to their doctor themselves and get the paperwork. Regardless of who they are, our hands are tied by the insurance carriers as to how fast we can work with the patients. If Mr. W*** wants us to help get the correct documentation together, he needs to go to our respiratory department at the Kohll's at 2915 Leavenworth St in Omaha. They are good at handling claims for respiratory equipment.
