              I terminated my rental lease Nov 1 2021 due to myself being activated for military duty. At the time, I had to move immediately because I had no one to take custody of my child and it was an emergency move. I submitted all of my documentation and paid what was requested at the time. Now, December 2023 I was informed by **************** that my account is in collections and they are not accepting my documentation that has already been submitted to the leasing office prior to me moving out of the apartment.
